While we lease out out Penthouse Apartment it's also important to state that its our 2nd Family Home, Your not leasing from a standard leasing company, your leasing from a Family owed and decorated apartment which is looked after just like our family home.
The apartment is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people, every room, item and fine detail has been decorated and chosen by us. Each room in the house has a fantastic marble floor finish complete with many exotic carpets and designer paintings. Each room has been full furnished with all the necessities that you would need for your stay, from towels to bed linen its all there. All rooms are fitted with a brand new air con system which can be electronically set for your comfort whether it be hot or cold.
Why not stroll out onto the either of the 2 balconies or sit in the Jacuzzi with the endless sun beating down on you. Enjoy the 360 degree views while you sip Champaign in the sun. The Penthouse balcony also has a fully fitted BBQ unit which comes ready to use. Enjoy the Stunning views and watch the Sun go down over the Mountains.
If your hiring a car then the apartment has ample on-street parking for your car, the street is very quiet and there are many spaces, however, if you plan to stay for longer periods of time a private car parking space can be used, contact us first for this. The Apartment complex has a unique pin code and camera security system, it's easy
to use and its very safe.
The location of the apartment is perfect for those who wish for a relaxing "No Noise" vacation, there are local bars, clubs and Nightlife
as well as fantastic restaurants all within a short walking distance, If you need to buy food etc there is a local supermarket within 3min walk, a Doctor's and Dentist surgery is also located close by. The beach is only a short walk away and has wonderful unspoiled golden sands with warm tropical water, it's truly amazing how warm the water is all year round. Take a walk on the beach or visit the market's, shops and meet the locals! The most friendly you will find anywhere in Spain.
As with all apartments there will be a cleaning charge, this is details on our price page at the top, the cleaning is contracted to a local firm who make sure the apartment is left clean, tidy and ready for use by the next guests. This fee covers general cleaning, washing of linen, cloths, towels etc. If you happen to have a accident and require emergency cleaning please contact us. If there is any damages in the apartment it is your responsibility to contact us and discuss it.
